About us

Nutrivision was founded in response to identifying a clear gap in healthcare food service, where texture modified meals were meeting clinical requirements, but often at the expense of dignity, recognition, and efficiency.

Across aged care and healthcare settings, kitchens are under increasing pressure to meet strict safety standards, comply with the IDDSI framework, reduce errors, and operate with limited time and resources. Too often, the systems and tools available have been improvised rather than purpose designed, creating unnecessary complexity, inconsistency, and risk.

Nutrivision exists to change that. Our approach is built on the belief that safety, compliance, and presentation should not be competing priorities. With the right design thinking, food can be prepared in a way that supports clinical outcomes, streamlines kitchen workflows, and restores confidence for both staff and residents.

We work closely with healthcare providers to understand where breakdowns occur, from preparation and identification through to service, and focus on eliminating those points of friction. The result is a systemised approach to food presentation that reduces handling, removes reliance on labels, improves consistency, and supports safer, more efficient operations.

At its core, Nutrivision is about respect. Respect for the people preparing food under pressure, and respect for the people receiving it. Because meeting dietary requirements should never mean lowering standards of care.
